The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Only the number of guests specified at the time of booking can be accommodated. Inviting outside guests is not allowed. Violation of accommodation rules may result in eviction without a refund. A passport and a deposit are required at check-in. For an additional fee, reporting documents are provided, including a receipt with a QR code and non-cash payment options for organizations. Persons are not accommodated in a state of alcohol or drug intoxication. Video surveillance is conducted outside the flat.
