Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. It is forbidden to bring guests into the apartment. If hidden circumstances are revealed, immediate eviction from the apartment without a refund is followed. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment (only on the balcony). Guests over the age of 23 are allowed to check into the accommodation facility in accordance with the agreement that is concluded upon check-in. Accounting documents are provided: a check with a QR code, non-cash payment for organizations. Video surveillance is conducted outside the apartment.
