The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. The front desk is open until 22:00. Check-in after 10:00 РМ is agreed and paid additionally. In the period from 10:00 РМ to 12:00 АМ and from 07:00 АМ to 09:00 АМ — RUB 500.00, from 12:00 AM to 07:00 AM — RUB 1000.00. To receive check-in instructions, the guests must contact the manager on the eve of check-in, at least 2 hours before arrival. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the apartment prior to arrival in order to receive the check-in manager's contacts and other check-in details.
