The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed to check in. Events, including celebrations, parties, birthdays, etc., are prohibited. Smoking any type of tobacco products or hookahs is prohibited. Pets are not allowed. Applications are processed from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
