The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. For business travelers, accounting documents are provided (must be reported when booking). It is forbidden to have parties and make noise, smoke in the apartment and on the site, live with pets (if violations of the rules of residence are detected, the deposit is not returned). Late check-out is possible for an additional fee. Must be reported when booking. Late check-in is possible at any time: the apartment has contactless access. Entrance to the apartment is carried out independently, instructions are provided the day before check-in.
