Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Payment in cash or by bank transfer is possible, and accounting documents are provided. The deposit is mandatory and will be refunded if the hotel rules are followed. Check-in is made after signing the contract. Late check-in after 20:00 is charged additionally. Smoking and activities are prohibited in the apartment and in the surrounding area. Unauthorized persons who are not registered at the time of booking are not allowed to enter. It is required to maintain cleanliness, respect the property and observe silence after 22:00. Violation of the rules may result in the retention of the deposit and termination of the lease agreement. Check-in after 20:00 – surcharge of RUB 500.00. Be sure to give us 12 hours' notice.
