Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. Accounting documents are available upon request. The apartment is not rented to residents of the cities of Ob and Novosibirsk. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, on the loggia, and in the building entrance. Accommodation will be refused to guests in a state of alcohol or other intoxication. Guests are asked not to invite third parties; otherwise, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation without refunding the deposit. Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness and order, and to observe quiet hours after 10:00 PM.
