Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Guests are required to contact the property in advance by phone or via messenger. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Contactless check-in is available with full payment made via transfer before arrival. For two guests, only one set of bed linens is included in the price. To check in, guests must provide their passport details and make full payment for the stay along with the deposit. The deposit is refunded by 09:00 PM. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Smoking is also prohibited on the apartment's balcony. Guests can smoke on the balcony in the entrance.
