The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Since the launch of the flat for rent in 2017, there has been no renovation. There may be defects in natural wear. Contactless check-in is made upon full payment by transfer before accommodation. For two guests, only one set of bed linen is included in the price. To check in, guests must provide their passport details and make full payment for the stay and deposit. The deposit is refunded before 09:00 PM. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony. Smoking is permitted on the balcony in the entryway. Guests are not allowed.
