For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. There is no Internet in the flat. Guests should take this into account before booking. Contactless check-in is made upon full payment by transfer before accommodation. For two guests, only one set of bed linen is included in the price. To check in, guests must provide their passport details and make full payment for the stay and deposit. The deposit is refunded before 09:00 PM. Guests are not allowed. Smoking on the balcony of the flat is allowed at a surcharge of RUB 1000.00 for the entire stay. Smoking is prohibited in the flat.
