The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. An insurance deposit is charged for the safety of the property and compliance with the rules of accommodation. Accounting documents are provided. Early check-in before 02:00 PM and late check-out after 12:00 PM are available at an additional cost upon agreement. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Smoking is prohibited in the flat. Accommodation may be refused to persons who are intoxicated or in violation of Russian law. During the New Year holidays, the deposit amount increases. One free day of sports activities is provided — gym, stretching, dancing, Finnish sauna. Only guests over 21 years of age are allowed to check into the accommodation facility without an accompanying person or written confirmation from their parents, in accordance with the agreement concluded upon check-in.
