The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. Guests should contact the accommodation immediately after making a reservation to clarify the information about the check-in. Contact information is provided on the booking confirmation. Remote and round-the-clock check-in, night and morning check-in is possible by prior arrangement. An additional guest is charged if an extra bed is occupied. Sets of bed linen and towels are provided for an additional fee of RUB 300.00 per person of any age. Payment is possible in cash and by transfer to a card before check-in. It is forbidden to smoke cigarettes on the territory of the flat and in common areas. Guests who are in an altered state may be denied check-in. Reporting documents can be provided upon request, including a receipt with a QR code and any necessary additional documents, as well as OKVED 55.10. Payment for early check-in before 02:00 PM and late check-out after 12:00 PM is discussed individually. The accommodation price includes one set of bed linen and towels per bed for two guests. Each guest is offered one day of free sports activities, either in the gym or at stretching sessions, as well as access to the sauna. Only guests over 21 years of age are allowed to check into the accommodation facility without an accompanying person or written confirmation from their parents, in accordance with the agreement concluded upon check-in.
