Location

U Teatra Flat is located in Pyatigorsk. The flat is located on the slope of Goryachaya Mountain, in the historical center of Pyatigorsk, in close proximity to the Pyatigorsk Operetta Theater on the border with Nagorny Park. The distance to the eagle sculpture is 190 m, to the Chinese Gazebo — 240 m, to the central drinking gallery — 250 m, to the Folk baths — 720 m.

The flat has a separate exit not to the common courtyard, but to a pedestrian path leading up to the observation deck. It offers views of Mount Mashuk and Pyatigorsk. The windows of the apartment face north, where you can see the Mikhailovsky Mashuk spur, to the east — into the courtyard overlooking the mountain, and to the west — towards the theater.

Within walking distance from the flat are: a spa clinic, an inhalatory, the central drinking gallery, the Lermontov Gallery, the Tsvetnik Park, the Lermontov State Museum-Reserve, where the atmosphere of the poet's last days is recreated, the Exotarium Insect Museum, the Praskovia Wine tasting room and the Magnit store. There is a tram stop not far from the store.

The number of guests can be increased to 5 people. The owner reserves the right to withhold the deposit and a fine if the flat is not used for its intended purpose without the consent of the owner.
