The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. The booking price is for up to two people. Each additional guest is charged separately. The number of guests must match the information provided during the booking process. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by prior arrangement, subject to availability. A deposit is required upon check-in and will be refunded on the day of check-out after the flat has been inspected and the house rules have been met. Smoking is prohibited in the flat, including cigarettes, electronic devices, and hookahs. In case of violation, a fine will be charged in the amount of RUB 5000.00, equivalent to the cost of calling a specialist to eliminate the odor. The flat is not suitable for events, parties, or birthdays. It is prohibited to make noise and listen to loud music from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Outdoor shoes are not permitted in the flat. Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are prohibited. Pets are not allowed. The facility does not accommodate guests under the age of 21 in accordance with the agreement signed by the guest upon check-in.
