The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Guests are required to present a passport and sign the contract offer. A security deposit is collected and returned within a day after check-out. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by prior arrangement. The property prohibits noisy events and the consumption of alcohol. Walking in outdoor shoes inside the apartment is not permitted. Smoking, including cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, and hookahs, is strictly prohibited, with a penalty of RUB 5000.00 for violations. Guests must observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 09:00 AM and from 01:00 PM to 03:00 PM. Pets are not allowed.
