The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Check-in earlier than 02:00 PM is only possible if the apartment is ready to move in. Guests can check this possibility in advance. A deposit is provided. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments and on the balcony: there is a fine in the amount of a deposit. It is forbidden to hold events and parties. After 11.00 PM it is necessary to observe silence in accordance with the requirements of the law on silence. Only the number of people specified before check-in can live and stay in the apartment. The deposit is refunded to the card indicated by the guest. Personal and personal hygiene products are not provided. Only medium and small sized pets are allowed with a surcharge of RUB 1000.00 for stays of 1 to 2 nights or RUB 1500.00 for stays of 3 or more nights. Accounting documents are provided.
