The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Custom check-in times are available upon request. Check-in after 9:00 PM incurs an additional charge. A security deposit is required upon check-in and is refunded upon check-out within 24 hours. On holidays, including New Year's, the deposit may be up to RUB 10000.00. Parties and events are prohibited. Smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and hookahs in the apartment is prohibited; the fine is RUB 5000.00. Pets are not allowed. Noise is required after 10:00 PM.
