The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. The security deposit is refundable on the day of departure after inspection of the accommodation. Rules: Accommodation with animals is prohibited. The property is not suitable for noisy parties, events or birthdays. Smoking is strictly prohibited: the property is equipped with smoke detectors. Guests must be quiet from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM and from 01:00 PM to 03:00 PM. In case of violation of the rules, the deposit is not refundable. Financial documents are provided upon request. Check-in process: Guests need to dial a number on the intercom: a call will be received and the door will open. There is a key box on the door: guests need to enter the access code and pick up the keys. When checking out, guests need to put the keys back in the box and close it.
