Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Early check-in and late check-out are charged as an additional day. There is no hourly rental in the facility. Strictly prohibited: Making noise on weekdays after 20:00, and on weekends and holidays after 18:00; To bring or invite guests. The apartment can accommodate only the number of people specified in the application; Upon check-in, guests must provide a passport, which will be photographed; The deposit is from RUB 3000.00 to RUB 5000.00 for the observance of silence, cleanliness and order. It is paid upon check-in. Guests' duties at check-out: To wash the dishes after themselves; Take out the trash; Return the furniture to its place if it has been rearranged for convenience. The deposit is refunded after check-out, subject to the rules of accommodation. If, at the time of check-in, the number of people being settled is more than indicated in the application, the facility administration will be forced to refuse to move in. Guests over the age of 30 are allowed to check into the accommodation facility in accordance with the agreement that is concluded upon check-in.
