Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Smoking is prohibited in the flat. In case of violation of the smoking ban, a deposit penalty is applied. The flat is not rented for events, parties, as well as persons under the influence of alcohol, minors, persons under 21 years of age and with children. It is possible to arrange an earlier check-in or a later check-out, subject to availability. Check-in is carried out only with the passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation with the signing of the agreement. The cost of accommodation may depend on the number of days, weekends or holidays, as well as the number of residents.
