Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. The deposit is refunded after check-out, subject to the rules of accommodation. According to the agreement, which is concluded upon check-in, flats are rented exclusively to persons over 30 years of age. If, at the time of check-in, the persons being settled are less than 30 years old, or the number of people being settled is more than indicated in the booking, check-in will be refused.
