The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Check-in is possible only with a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation with the signing of an agreement. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by prior agreement. Contactless check-in is allowed. Report documents are provided. The apartment is not rented to persons under 21 years of age, with children, for events and parties. Smoking is prohibited, and a security deposit will be charged in case of violation. Compliance with the federal law On Silence is required from 22:00.
