The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Before check-in, guests have to contact the hotel employee by phone no later than 08:00 PM to receive instructions on check-in and to arrange check-in time. Contact information is provided on the booking confirmation. Pets are subject to an additional fee: RUB 1000.00 per pet up to 8 kg, RUB 2000.00 per pet over 8 kg per stay. Noisy events and unauthorized persons are prohibited. A Russian banya is available for an additional fee. The swimming pool, barbecue area, terrace, children's playground, and parking from 09:00 AM to 11:00 PM are free of charge.
