The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Before check-in, guests have to contact the hotel employee by phone no later than 08:00 PM to receive instructions on check-in and to arrange check-in time. Accommodation with pets: - small breeds of dogs and cats up to 8 kg: RUB 1000.00 per pet; - medium and large from 8 kg: RUB 2000.00 for the entire stay in one studio. Noisy parties and the presence of outsiders on the premises are strictly prohibited.
