Important information
The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.
Guests are required to contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Contact details are provided in the booking confirmation.
Upon request, guests can receive guidance on how to reach the apartments such as the nearest public transport stops, car parking facilities, and more.
From Adler airport and Adler railway station, guests can take a taxi, or the buses № 105, 105s, or the Lastochka train to the Sochi railway station.
From the Sochi railway station, guests can reach the apartments by taxi, minibuses № 37, 43, 45, 48, 92, 43, or buses № 12, 19, 22, 3, 7, 86, 87, 551, 550 to the Pansionat Svetlana public transport stop, then walk for 300 meters.
The following is prohibited in the apartments:
- smoking;
- pets allowed;
- making noise and listening to loud music from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM;
- hosting events and parties;
- unaccompanied minors under 18;
- rearranging furniture;
- presence of strangers in the apartments not specified during booking;
- causing any material damage to the property.
For violation of the rules of accommodation, the apartments have the right to evict violators without refund of the money paid for accommodation.
When leaving the apartment, guests must close the water taps, turn off the lights and turn off the TV.
If guests plan a late check-in or early check-out, they must notify the apartments in advance in any convenient way (phone, email). Contact details are provided in the booking confirmation.
Upon check-in, the full cost of the reservation and a deposit must be paid. Accommodation without payment is not allowed.
If guests are flying out of Sochi in the summer, it is recommended to leave for Sochi airport in advance, at least 4 hours before the planned departure time, as traffic jams are possible.
