Holiday House Apartments are located in Sukko, within transport proximity to Anapa, which can be reached by bus or taxi. There are 5 swimming pools on the territory: 3 adults and 2 children's, as well as 5 playgrounds. Infrastructure: grocery stores, pharmacy, pick-up points, coffee shop and restaurant, children's playroom, barbecue area with gazebos, 2 tennis tables, volleyball, football and basketball fields, training ground. There is free parking for car owners. Within walking distance are: Cypress Lake, a horse farm, an African village, the castle "Lion's Head" and the nature reserve Big Utrish with a dolphinarium. For the convenience of guests, a transfer to the sea is organized on schedule during the day.
