Front desk is open 24/7. The working hours of the reservation department and receiving incoming calls are from 05:00 AM to 10:00 PM Moscow time. Check-in is contactless, through keyboxes and electronic locks. Therefore, before check-in, guests sign the offer agreement electronically and pay a deposit. Links are sent in advance — 24 hours before arrival. If the guest does not get in touch and does not check in, after 10:00 PM Moscow time, he/she will not be able to check in.
