For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Working hours of the reservation department and receiving incoming calls: from 08:00 to 22:00 Moscow time. Remote check-in is carried out through keyboxes, so before check-in, guests sign an electronic offer agreement and pay for accommodation and a deposit. If the guest has not contacted us in advance and has not completed the specified procedures, then check-in is not possible after 22:00 Moscow time.
