The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Contactless check-in and check-out are available 24/7. To receive an access code, guests must pay a deposit and provide guests' passport information by 09:00 PM on the first day of the reservation, including the first check-in and registration. The flat must be left clean, free of trash, dirty dishes, unwashed appliances, and free of damage and odors — in the same condition as it was upon arrival. The deposit is refunded via the express payment system on the guest's departure day after cleaning and inspection of the flat. New Year's deposit: from RUB 10000.00; for reservations of a week or more: RUB 7000.00 per week. The following is strictly prohibited in the flat: 1. Smoking, including on the loggia. 2. Noise at night from 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM. 3. Parties and events, especially those involving alcohol consumption. 4. Stay of persons not specified during check-in.
