The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. The property offers contactless check-in 24/7. To arrange check-in, guests must contact the property in advance to receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Guests can park their car securely. Smoking, hookahs, and other vaping devices are prohibited. A complimentary shuttle service is available for reservations of 7 or more days. Pets are not allowed. Drunken guests are not allowed to check into the property. Noisy parties are prohibited. A contract is signed upon check-in. The deposit is refunded after the apartment is cleaned on the day of departure. Violations of the property rules (smoking, noise violations, unauthorized late check-out, staying with pets, or damaging property) will not result in a refund. Guests must inform the property of the required number of bed linen sets. The price includes one set of bed linen. Guests who require additional linen will be charged an additional RUB 650.00 per stay. One set of bed linen is for one bed.
