The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. There is no reception in the apartment. To arrange check-in, guests must call the apartment in advance. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. When checking in, guests must enter into an agreement with the representative of the accommodation facility, the terms of which state that persons under 25 years of age, as well as persons permanently residing in the city of Tyumen, are not allowed to check in. The security deposit will be returned after check-out if no damage is caused to the accommodation facility. Parties and other noisy events are prohibited in the apartments. Minors are not allowed to check in without adult supervision. The apartments have the right to refuse guests accommodation in case of violation of these rules.
