For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Contactless check-in is available 24/7. Children are considered full guests. An additional fee applies for any unlisted guest. The deposit is non-refundable in cases of damage to or destruction of property, smoking in the flat, loss of keys, or failure to comply with the house rules. Check-in will be denied without a refund if guests are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Early check-in and late check-out are available by arrangement.
