For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. The deposit can only be made by transfer from a card. Guests can contact the apartment by phone from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM Tyumen time and via messengers until 02:00 AM. Late check-in is possible upon prior arrangement. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. When choosing the rate with breakfast the price of accommodation includes breakfast for one guest. Additional breakfast for other guests is paid for separately. When choosing the rate without breakfast guests can order breakfast separately.
