Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. Contactless check-in is available 24/7. Free transfer is provided for bookings of 7 days or more. Secured parking is available only for guests of the residential complex. Tobacco, vapes, and hookahs are prohibited. Guests in a state of alcohol intoxication are not accepted. No loud parties are allowed. Early check-in and late check-out are possible if available, but cannot be booked in advance. A standard rental agreement must be signed at check-in. The security deposit is refunded after cleaning the apartment on the day of check-out. In case of violation of the house rules — such as smoking, disturbing quiet hours, unauthorized late check-out, or property damage — the deposit will not be refunded. Guests must inform the property in advance how many sets of bed linen they will require. The accommodation price includes one set of bed linen. If guests need an extra set, an additional fee of RUB 650.00 for the entire stay applies.
