Location

Uyutny Otdykh Flat is located near the river Ufa. The flat is located 3 km from the city centre. Nearby there is the Bagaevskoe highway, which connects to the M5 highway.

At the flat

There are two rooms available for guests. There are two beds and a sofa, a desk and a filter for drinking water. The windows of the flat overlook the river. Free Wi-Fi and appliances: Smart TV, washing machine, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, kettle, hairdryer, iron. Crockery and kitchen utensils for cooking and eating are also provided.

Free parking is available for those travelling by car. There is a picnic area on the premises. It is possible to bring a pet for an additional fee. For guests with disabilities, there is a lift to the upper floors. Staff can assist with conversation in Russian.
