Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. The front desk is open until 20:00. Check-in at the apartment takes place remotely, the standard time of arrival and getting the check-in instructions is from 8:00 AM till 10:00 PM. For arrivals after 10:00 PM or before 8:00 AM, guests have to contact the apartment at least 1 day in advance, otherwise they will not be able to check in.
