The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. For extended stays, an increased deposit is charged: from 7 days — RUB 2500.00, from 14 days — RUB 3500.00, from 28 days — RUB 4500.00. Laundry and routine cleaning are carried out for an additional fee: washing — RUB 300.00 (6 kg of linen or clothes), cleaning — RUB 350.00. Guests can be advised on leisure and transfer options (cars, minibuses). Smoking is prohibited, you can smoke in the warm hallway at the entrance. Guests over the age of 20 are allowed to check into the accommodation facility in accordance with the agreement that is concluded upon check-in. Guests who are intoxicated are also not allowed to check in. Parties, birthdays and other events are prohibited in the apartment. The deposit will not be refunded for violation. It is possible to accommodate a dog that does not bark at extraneous noises. A child under 3 years old is accommodated free of charge, unless an additional set of underwear is required.
