The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 22:00. Guests are required to contact the facility on the eve of arrival to receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Early check-in and late check-out are arranged individually. If guests leave before the booked dates, no refund is provided. Passport and a deposit are required for check-in; the deposit is returned on the day of check-out from 02:00 PM to 08:00 PM provided that the rules are followed: keys must be left on the hanger, trash must be taken out, dishes must be washed, no outsiders are allowed, no noise is permitted, and all house and fire safety rules must be observed. If the rules are violated, the deposit is not returned. Cleaning is conducted before each check-in. Additional cleaning and linen change are available for an extra fee. Contactless check-in is available, and payment of the stay and deposit can be made by transfer or QR code. For contactless check-in, the first page of the passport must be sent to the administrator. Payment for legal entities is available to the organization’s account. Guests under 18 without parents are not accommodated.
