For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Check-in to the apartment is contactless. The signing of the offer agreement and familiarization with the rules of accommodation takes place in an online format. When signing the offer agreement form, guests must provide a photo or a scanned passport. At least one day before the arrival date, guests should contact the apartment's reservation department for more information on reservations and access rights. The contacts are listed on the booking confirmation. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by prior arrangement, at an additional cost and provided that the apartments are available. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. The booking department's work schedule is from 09:00 AM to 12:00 AM Moscow time. Check-in is available around the clock, provided that guests have contacted the booking department during business hours and received information for check-in.
