For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. Check-in to the apartment is contactless. The signing of the offer agreement and familiarization with the rules of accommodation takes place in an online format. Check-in is available around the clock, provided that guests have contacted the booking department during business hours and received information for check-in. At least one day before arrival, guests should contact the booking department to clarify the information on check-in. The booking department is open from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM.
