The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Check-in at the accommodation facility is contactless. Signing the offer agreement and familiarization with the rules of accommodation is done online. At least one day before arrival, guests should contact the booking department to clarify the information on check-in. The booking department is open from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM. Contact information is provided on the booking confirmation. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by prior arrangement, for an additional fee and provided that the accommodation facility is available. Check-in is around the clock, provided that guests contacted the reservations department during working hours and received information for check-in. Smoking is prohibited.
