Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Contactless check-in is available 24/7. Pets up to 15 kg are allowed for an additional fee of RUB 1000.00 per pet for the entire stay. Pet accommodation must be confirmed in advance; contact details are provided in the booking confirmation. Early check-in and late check-out are possible upon prior arrangement. A security deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded upon check-out.
