Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 23:00. To arrange check-in, guests must contact the property in advance to receive check-in instructions. Calls are accepted until 10:00 PM. Contact information is provided on the booking confirmation. Reporting documents are provided. Early check-in and late check-out conditions are negotiated individually for an additional fee. After checking the condition of the accommodation for compliance with the house rules and the safety of the property, the deposit will be fully returned to the card. Additional linen and towels are available upon request. The cost of a set of linen and a set of towels is RUB 500.00. Self-check-in is remote, the keys to the apartment are in a safe with a combination lock, which is attached to the door. Guests receive a code and check in on their own. The apartment is not rented for parties or to persons under 18 years of age. Smoking of any smoking products and liquids is prohibited.
