The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk opening hours 10:00 - 18:00. Round-the-clock check-in is possible. Guests need to contact the property by 21:00 on the day of arrival to receive check-in instructions. If guests wish to be guaranteed to check in earlier than the scheduled time, then it is necessary to additionally book and pay for one more day preceding the arrival date. This will be possible provided that the previous day is free. Late check-out is also possible only for an additional fee and provided that the date is available. The kitchen sofa does not fold out, it is not intended for sleeping. Free parking is possible along the houses on a perpendicular street, you can take any available space. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and in the entrance, including electronic cigarettes, hookahs. It is necessary to observe silence from 11:00 PM to 08:00 AM. Parties and noise are prohibited. It is forbidden to walk around the apartment in street shoes. It is forbidden to use an open flame, including candles. It is forbidden to have persons who are not listed in the booking in the apartment. Pets are not allowed. For violation of the rules of accommodation, eviction is provided without refund of the already paid rent and deposit. The company is not responsible for valuables left in the apartment. The deposit is refunded if there is no damage and the rules of accommodation are followed during the day of departure by transfer to the card. Each guest is followed by a wet cleaning and disinfection of all common areas.
