The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk opening hours 10:00 - 22:00. Russian citizens must have an original valid Russian passport upon check-in. For stays longer than 7 days, a weekly mandatory intermediate cleaning with change of bed linen and towels is provided, which is paid additionally in the amount of RUB 1000.00 for each cleaning. Payment for the final, as well as intermediate cleanings is made by depositing funds along with a security deposit on the day of check-in. For check-ins for one or two days, the final cleaning and security deposit are paid before guests are sent the check-in instructions. The security deposit is returned before 12:00 AM in the absence of claims to the rented property and proper compliance with the rules of residence. The flat is not rented for noisy events and parties. Smoking is prohibited. The possibility of living with small dogs is agreed upon in advance on an individual basis and for an additional fee. In case of detection of signs of living with animals without prior approval and payment, a fine of RUB 3000.00 is provided.
