Within walking distance: railway and bus station, city park with playgrounds, lake, fountains, bridges, public gardens, beach volleyball court, bike paths, beautiful sea views. On the ground floor of the house there is a beauty salon, a women's clothing boutique, and a cafe serving panziat cuisine.

At the apartment

The apartment can accommodate up to four guests. Air conditioning installed.

Loggia leaves the room. The room has a king size bed, a double sofa bed for relaxing, a chest of drawers for linen, and a TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, appliances, and a dishwasher. Water purification filters are installed. The bathroom has bubble bath, sea salt, a set of towels, a white cotton robe, disposable slippers, gel, shampoo, and soap in individual packages.

Baby supplies are available upon request.

The residential complex has video surveillance, underground parking with an elevator (paid), and a patio.
