Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to additional charges. The deposit is refundable if there is no damage to the property or violation of the rules. A rental agreement is concluded, a Russian passport is required. Smoking (including electronic cigarettes), accommodation with animals, parties, and the presence of undeclared persons are prohibited. The apartment must be handed over in a clean condition, otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged.
