The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. The front desk is open until 22:00. A deposit is provided. If the rules of accommodation were followed, the deposit will be refunded after cleaning, during the day. Smoking is prohibited. The flat is not suitable for noisy companies, entertainment events, and is not rented to persons in a state of alcoholic or other intoxication. Pets are not allowed. It is forbidden to have third parties in the flat who are not specified at the time of booking. Otherwise, the deposit will be withheld as a penalty. I provide accounting documents upon request.
