Important information
Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).
Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information.
Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival.

Guests are charged an additional fee for electricity and water: THB 07.00 per kW and 50.00 THB per cubic m, respectively.
The property is for sale. In rare cases (no more than once a week), staff may request guests to agree on a time for a brief viewing of the property. This only occurs with prior arrangement and at a time convenient for guests.
Residence Rules:
Hanging clothes on balcony railings is prohibited.
Pets are not allowed.
Leaving shoes, trash, and personal belongings in common areas is prohibited.
Consuming alcohol is prohibited in common areas.
Cigarette butts are prohibited within the complex.
Disposal of objects in the toilet is prohibited.
Preparing food with strong odors is prohibited.
Durian is prohibited in apartments.
Violations of these rules may result in a fine of up to THB 2000.00.
For the security of property, guests are advised not to leave personal valuables on open surfaces in the house. Guests are requested to store documents, money, jewelry, electronics, and other valuables exclusively in the safes provided on the premises. The property management is not responsible for the safety of any belongings left outside the safe.
An additional fee applies for a manager's visit if assistance with access to the property is required. For example, if a key is left inside, lost, or the door is locked in a way that prevents guests from gaining access. From 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM — THB 1,000.00; from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM — THB 2,000.00.
