Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). Consuming alcohol is prohibited in common areas. Cigarette butts are prohibited within the complex. Disposal of objects in the toilet is prohibited. Preparing food with strong odors is prohibited. Durian is prohibited in apartments. Violations of these rules may result in a fine of up to THB 2000.00. For the security of property, guests are advised not to leave personal valuables on open surfaces in the house. Guests are requested to store documents, money, jewelry, electronics, and other valuables exclusively in the safes provided on the premises. The property management is not responsible for the safety of any belongings left outside the safe. An additional fee applies for a manager's visit if assistance with access to the property is required. For example, if a key is left inside, lost, or the door is locked in a way that prevents guests from gaining access. From 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM — THB 1,000.00; from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM — THB 2,000.00.
