This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of UAH 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are requested to inform the property of their expected arrival time. This can be noted in the Special Request box when booking or negotiated directly with the administration of the property. Please note that the hotel will contact you directly regarding the prepayment of your reservation. Prepayment should be made within 5 days after booking. The hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation in case the deposit has not been transferred.
